Ernest Gumbo

Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Ernest Gumbo brings with him a wealth of experience that spans a diverse range of sectors within the realm of operations, including logistics, media, and business development. His extensive expertise is complemented by an impressive ability to forge and nurture invaluable networks, which have proven essential in driving success across various initiatives. Moreover, his keen entrepreneurial instinct and unwavering determination to see projects through to successful completion firmly establish him as a key asset to our organization. Nadia Zubaida

Head Of Business Development

Nadia Zubaida is by trade a transport economist, logistics specialist and implementation expert with over 10 years’ experience across Africa. She holds a MCom in Transport Economics, an Honours in Transport Economics and a BCom in Logistics Management. She has a great deal of passion towards strategic management and has a vast network of contacts providing her with the ability to business develop crossborder. She has led or contributed to major regional projects as managing director, non executive director, head of division, key accounts manager, transportation planner, logistician and implementation specialist and has worked in South Africa, Mozambique, Burundi, Rwanda, Uganda, Angola, Kenya, Zanzibar, Malawi, Zambia and Tanzania, engaging high level public- and private-sector stakeholders. Fluent in English and Portuguese, with additional French she frequently prepares and presents technical reports, project fiches and economic research outputs.
Nadia demonstrates strong leadership through managing teams, divisions and consulting focusing on innovative, pan-African transport and logistics solutions.
